The planning and construction of livable village community is one of the core tasks of the beautiful countryside construction and an important part of urban-rural integration and development.It is also an important driving force for the development of rural transformation in our country.However,under the current beautiful rural construction and development practice,with the promotion of economic interests such as land finance and the intensive utilization of land resources,"section land" has become the core objective of promoting the beautiful rural construction in various places and has led farmers to "go upstairs" The phenomenon is more frequent and more important is that rural communities can not meet the core needs of rural residents for convenience of production,convenience of life and ecological security as well as the development of "livable" rural communities in the new era Directed contrary.There is an urgent need to reverse the single-goal orientation of "beautiful land" in beautiful rural areas.We must give full consideration to the needs of rural residents in production and living in the new era,take into account the intensive use of land for rural construction and rationally guide the planning,construction and space control of rural communities.This dissertation systematically combs the related researches on the research experience of livable rural construction in foreign countries and the domestic scholars’research on the improvement of rural community construction land,and establishes the theoretical basis for the management and control of livable rural communities in Jiangsu Province.The land use structure of seven typical rural livable rural communities under the land use model was used to analyze the standards of land-saving for rural livable rural communities that the villagers were satisfied with enough to support rural life.Finally,the paper evaluates and analyzes the site conditions of rural community construction in Lanxi Village,Gaochun County,and divides the forbidden area,restricted area and suitable area for village planning to provide guidance for the construction of livable rural community in Lanxi Village.In view of this,based on the basic connotation and core requirements of "livable rural community",based on the deep investigation and demand analysis of typical rural communities with different land use patterns in southern Jiangsu,middle Soviet Union and northern Jiangsu in Jiangsu Province,the article integrates big data Analysis of land use patterns of typical livable rural communities in accordance with local conditions,standard-setting of typical livable rural communities,and spatial control of typical livable rural community-based construction sites to promote the improvement of the technical system of livable rural community planning and construction,Provide scientific guidance and reference for rural development and construction.
