Study On Optimum Structure And Distribution Of Constructed Land Resource

The promotion of constructed land's structure and overall arrangement is an important way to intensified land use, is an objective demand to the development of city and village, and is also a certain claim to realize the scientific development. At first, this paper introduces the land problems which appear in the process of our country's development; discuss the principles of those problems; then put forward the reasonable land scale and thread or solution according such principles. so, we can put some scientific suggestion and technical support for the plan's organization and the land policy's enforcement.The most important process is the overall arrangement. At first, the paper use the index method and equation method to make three program; then, evaluate the programs with AHP. It maybe the most high spot to combine the three program in the paper. The study of overall arrangement is basing on the structure, as we know; the study about overall arrangement of constructed land is the weakness in the land use study in and out of country. The paper puts the concrete arrangement principles according the basic arrangement principles, and then determines the concrete arrangement plan according the different district, strengthen the pertinence.In addition, the paper caters the hot problem in 'today's land use. The paper put forward its own suggestions and countermeasures in the two aspects, one is "the connection between city's constructed land's addition and country's inhabitancy's reduction", and another is intensified land use,protecting the arable land and realize the scientific development.The study area is Qiangjiang district in Chongqing, all of the principles,ways and thread are applied according as the actual condition, and draw the conclusion. In study to Qiangjiang district, firstly, the paper introduced the district, and then describes the problems. Secondly, the paper divides to two parts, one is promote constructed land's structure, the other is promote constructed land's overall arrangement. In promotion of constructed land's structure, the paper chooses one program from other three. In promotion of constructed land's overall arrangement, the paper gives every land's arrangement area. In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the overall arrangement of land structure. The paper hopes people can change their misunderstanding,set scientific development mind and realize "five balanced aspects".
