| Bank of Communications is the first national state-owned joint-stock commercial bank in China.The economic development of Anqing City is steady and good in Anhui Province.It provides external support for the development of Anqing Branch of Bank of Communications,which makes the county business scale of the branch grow continuously.This paper studies the development process of Anqing Branch and its branches,and analyses the effect of Anqing Branch of Bank of Communications in expanding County business.It finds that in expanding County business,Anqing Branch has been realized by setting up Tongcheng Branch and Huaining Branch,and its County branch has been expanding in scale,and its financial situation has been improving constantly,risk management and control is appropriate and service level is improved.This paper summarizes the problems and challenges faced by Anqing Branch of Bank of Communications in expanding County business,namely,the challenges of external economic environment,such as continuous competition in the same industry,unstable external financial market,and the pressure of deposit and loan business,the difficulty of new business growth,the imperfection of wind control system and the low level of service quality.In view of the challenges and problems,this paper proposes that Bank of Communications Anqing Branch and its County branches should take measures to consolidate core business,improve innovation ability,grasp new business,strengthen wind control management and strengthen service awareness in expanding County business.This study has important guiding significance for the Bank of communications Anqing branch in developing the county business.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,research contents and research methods.The second part is literature review,systematically combing relevant theories and research results.The third part introduces the development of Bank of communications and Anqing branch.The fourth part mainly analyzes the effectiveness of the Anqing branch of the Bank of communications in expanding the county business.The fifth part analyzes the problems and challenges of the Anqing branch of Bank of communications.The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that Anqing Branch should take in expanding County business in view of the challenges and problems. |
