Research On The Development Of Personal Loan Business Of Bank Of Communications Inner Mongolia Branch

Personal loan is essentially a personal financial business of commercial bank. Personal loan is not only an important policy to promote sustainable economic development in China, an important measure for macro-control, but also a major business in the financial sector. From the experience of the international financial community, when the market economy develops to a certain extent, personal consumption shrinking will happen, so personal loan can effectively solve this problem. At this stage, especially, when economic development cannot be driven continuously by a large number of infrastructure investment, the rational development of personal loans can greatly stimulate consumer demand, which could not only boost economic development, but could significantly improve people’s living standard as well. However, the current problem is that consumption by loans has not been widely recognized by society. some individuals who have urgent loan demand but cannot get a loan service provided by bank as various reasons are troubled by low-level development of the banking industry itself, imperfect credit system, single business variety, complicated procedures and other factors. Therefore, it is a not easy but very valuable to study the development of personal loan business.Begin with the current situation of the personal loan service of Bank of Communications, Inner Mongolia Branch, this article has taken its main service—personal house loan as an example to make a concrete presentation of the external reason and internal situation that restrict its further development. At the same time, combined with the successful experience of development and empirical analysis of the personal loan service of leading domestic and international banks, this article has put forward approaches and measures to enhance personal loan service of Bank of Communications, Inner Mongolia Branch.The focus of this study is that when develop personal loans,further improve the credit system, vigorously improve business processes, and thus enhance the level of banking services, and pay attention to controlling the risk of personal loan etc.
