Studies concerning the investigation of relationship between entrepreneurial behaviors and exploration or exploitation of opportunities for International social entrepreneurs have mostly ignored the influence of culture on Entrepreneurial behaviors.During last few years' considerable attention has been given to the International social entrepreneurship in the perspective of entrepreneurial behaviors.A developing body of literature inspects factors supporting the comparative dependence on effectual and causal behaviors of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial firms to start and elevate new ventures in foreign countries.The present study has investigated the trade-off between effectuation and causation under the impact of cultural descriptive norms for the exploration or exploitation of opportunities in international social entrepreneurship.A sample of 250 International Enterprises of different countries from all continents mostly from Europe,the USA,Canada,and Asia is used to test the series of Hypothesis.The present study will fill the gap of strategies for opportunities using entrepreneurial behaviors and investigated the trade-off between these behaviors for exploring or exploiting opportunities.Our findings are helpful for entrepreneurs to select one of the entrepreneurial behavior effectuation or Causation as a more beneficial strategy for exploration or exploitation of opportunities in international entrepreneurship,according to specific cultural descriptive norms. |
