Development Strategies Analysis On How Djibouti Builds A Free Trade Zone

In today's globalized market,countries around the globe seek to enhance their economy situation,and one of the most optimal way to reach this goal is through trade.In the 21 st century,we are more likely to talk about the free trade zone' which is atrending concept.Indeed,these zones can undeniably contribute to a country's growth.The aim of this study is to analyze how Djibouti builds a free trade zone?How this free trade zone may be beneficial for the Djibouti?In what ways this zone will make Djibouti the business hub of Africa?Although,Djibouti is an arid country with very few natural resources,these slight issues do not prevent attracting the investments from some developed and developing countries.Djibouti is a country with an attractive profile because of its location,and the investments from other countries may be a boon for Djibouti.The success of the free trade zone will be the real achievement of the economic growth that will turn the society's dream of welfare and quality of life into reality.This paper is organized as follows.The first chapter states the research background,significance,and contents of this study.The second chapter introduces the key concepts and theory of this study,including free trade zone and'viability theory.The third chapter analyzes the necessities of the free trade zone implementation for Djibouti,including growth of Djibouti's economy,sustainable development,enhancing the local labor force,and so on.The fourth chapter analyzes the environment that Djibouti faced when building its free trade zone with the use of the PEST analysis.The fifth chapter provides advices on how Djibouti build a free trade zone.Finally,the conclusions of this study are provided.
