Research On The Development Strategy Of Local Large Accounting Firms

China's CPA industry has developed rapidly,its market structure has been continuously optimized,and its industry scale and international influence have been continuously improved.Local large-scale accounting firm is the "benchmark" of China's CPA industry.Its future development represents the development direction of China's CPA industry,and plays a leading and exemplary role for China's local accounting firm.Based on such a growing demand and increasingly demanding environment,this paper discusses how to plan a clear development strategy for the large-scale accounting firms in China,and how to become an international large-scale accounting firm.Any enterprise's organizational development needs to correctly analyze its external environment and organizational resources,reasonably design and select its development strategy,and reasonably allocate its resources and other elements to enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.Because the advantages and positioning of accounting firms in different development stages,different economic and social legal and cultural environments,different countries or regions,and in different business areas are often quite different,it is necessary to analyze and formulate or adjust development strategies in more detail in combination with the actual situation of accounting firms.In this paper,DH accounting firm as the research object,the basic situation of DH Institute was investigated.This paper analyzes the political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural factors and technical environment factors of DH by PEST analysis.Based on Porter's five forces model,the industry environment of DH is analyzed.The SWOT situation analysis method is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,development opportunities and threats faced by DH.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper discusses the selection and formulation of the development strategy of DH accounting firm,and puts forward the development strategy of four dimensions: professional development,large-scale development,diversified development and international development.And put forward the safeguard measures to implement the above development strategy.Based on the work experience of the local large-scale accounting firm and the understanding of the CPA industry,the author takes DH Institute as an example,on the basis of the existing research,across time and space,facing the new situation and challenges,and puts forward targeted suggestions according to the specific situation,which is of reference significance for the development of similar accounting firms,and tries to provide the development history of the CPA industry in China Program provides unique comments.
