Research On Development Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Agricultural Products In Hubei Province

People's concepts of diet are changing with the development of social and economic development,the improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of the pace of life At the same time,the increasing demand for frozen fresh food and improving requirements for food safety make people pay more attention to the fresh quality and freshness of fresh agricultural products in the circulation process.Due to the changes in consumer demand,the development of cold chain logistics is receiving more and more attention..Cold chain logistics provides suitable storage places and circulation conditions for fresh agricultural products from the initial production to the final consumption,which also increases the additional value of fresh agricultural products on the premise of ensuring the quality of circulation and reducing the transportation time.This paper first introduces the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products and the related overview of cold chain logistics,and elaborates the relevant characteristics and basic theories of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in detail.Then comparative research method,literature research method and comparative analysis method are employed to specifically analyze the development status of agricultural cold chain logistics and the existing problems during its development in Hubei Province.Judging from the current development status of agricultural cold chain logistics in Hubei Province,there are many problems during its rapid development.In this paper,the blind spots and key issues that restrict the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hubei Province are summarized based on the basic theory and the analysis of a large amount of data.Besides,key points that need to be improved during the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hubei Province are proposed by learning from the advanced experience in the development of cold chain logistics at home and abroad as well as combining the actual situation of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hubei Province.These suggestions mainly include improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hubei Province to ensure the quality of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,improving the overall planning of the modern integration mode of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products,establishing and improving the supply and distribution transport mechanism for transportation equipment construction,market construction,and cold storage facility construction,accelerating the development of third-party cold chain logistics enterprises,strengthening the informationization of agricultural cold chain logistics circulation,reducing the obstacles to the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and training experts in the areas of cold chain logistics and cold chain technology development.The strategies andsuggestions proposed in this paper provide new directions for the sustainable development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Hubei Province.Hubei Province Hubei Province...
