Since the voice of China initiated the era of "blockbusters" of Chinese variety shows in 2012,the separation of production and broadcasting system has been initiated,and domestic variety shows have ushered in a leapfrog development.More and more content production companies have started independent production and operation of variety shows.In recent years,domestic variety shows have seen explosive development.The number of variety shows published throughout the year exceeded 200,with both quantity and quality flying,which is not only a vivid reflection of cultural construction and cultural confidence,but also an increasingly important way of leisure and entertainment for the people.This paper takes Shanghai CanXing company as an example,as the largest production company in China.STP theory is used to analyze the existing problems in the market strategy of CanXing company,from market segmentation,re-selection of target market,and re-positioning of the enterprise.At the same time,7P marketing theory is used to analyze the seven aspects of the problem,and one by one to optimize the optimization program.Based on the analysis of the current development environment of variety shows and the competition of content companies,the content product structure will be adjusted according to the change of market demand,and the perfect and effective marketing system and system will be explored and constructed finally.The perfect integrated system of marketing strategies can protect the investment interests of the company,and promote the healthy and steady development of the variety show content and culture industry.And provides the practice reference for the cultural industry benign circle development.the securities investment fund industry is at a critical period of transformation and development.The original public offering fund is challenged by more and more security companies,insurance asset management companies,private equity funds and the trust industry.The new born special account asset management company as the development of the public offering fund asset management business is faced with a lot of potential risk of uncertainty in the future operation.
