In recent years,more and more audience greatly promote the progress of Internet enterprises.At present,the Internet industry is highly open;market demand is indeterminate;the products and services of competitors are highly consubstantial,with the buyers'bargaining power's increasing.These reasons give rise to the competitive context of enterprises' being sharpper.The way of not being eliminated in the cruel international race and grasping the opportunity to achieve sustainable development makes the assessment and study of the international competitiveness of Internet enterprises urgent and crucial.Meanwhile the analysis of influencing factors is also very important,which is the way to enhancing the international competitiveness of Internet firms.Most nowaday study on Internet corporations concentrates on market capitalization,and the systematic research is scanty.Within this context,the text conducts an empirical analysis of the international competitivciiess of the Internet and affecting factors,and provides a meaningful strategy for companies to heighten their international competitiveness building on precise positioning.The text first narrates the theoretical and practical background besides the consequence of the international competitiveness of Internet companies.With that,it combs the theory of it,and then dissects the status of the Internet in China and USA besides the characteristics of it.On this basis,this article selected 60 Chinese and American listed Internet corporations as study simples,set up an evaluation index system of the international competitiveness of Internet firms,and applied factor analysis to obtain the score of each company.The author expounds the factors affecting the international competitiveness of the Internet firms from both macro perspective and micro perspective,then brings forward hypotheses aimed at the micro factors and establishes a bidirectional fixed effect model.Via the analysis,the impact of the affecting factors as well as its heterogeneity and hysteresis can be made clear.It is found that the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is generally inferior to that of USA.Research and development capability is the kernel in regard to the promotion of it.Marketing and management capabilities also have a positive effect on it.The effect the degree of internationalization has on it is unconspicuous The cause is that implementing multinational operations can not only improve corporate performance but also bring risks to the company.The degree of influence of each factor varies resting with the country and scale of the enterprise.And the effect of the costs of research and development and marketing are lagging.At last,in line with the findings,the author gives recommendations to strengthen international competitiveness from both government and business perspective.
