With the continuous development of modern information technology and the wide application of Internet technology,the penetration of the Internet into the financial industry is gradually deepened,and the financial service model based on Internet technology emerges as The Times require.As a new financial model,the Internet financial for its diversified financial products,efficient and convenient financial services,as well as the unique business model and value creation way,changing the face of the traditional banking and financial needs of the people,traditional business model of China construction bank challenge,quickly grab market share.Therefore,to explore the product strategy innovation of China construction bank dandong branch under the background of Internet finance has become an urgent research topic for the development of China construction bank.This paper starts with the basic theory of product strategy innovation of China construction bank dandong branch,this paper defined the concept of financial product innovation strategy,product strategy analysis of the construction bank dandong branch innovation motivation,on this basis,through to our country the necessity of the construction bank dandong branch product innovation strategy,the present situation and the analysis of existing problems,and studied the construction bank dandong branch financial product strategy,the basic situation of innovation.According to the analysis results,although the product strategy innovation development of dandong branch of China construction bank has taken shape,the financial product strategy innovation mechanism is still not perfect,especially the independent innovation ability is not strong,the product strategy innovation level is not high,the innovation method is relatively single,and there are still many areas to be improved.Draw lessons from the United States and Germany commercial bank's development path,can be summed up the experience of product strategy innovation,namely to all-roundization financial management mode,strict and orderly supervision system,the penetration into the management risk management consciousness,scientific organizational structure,customer-focused business philosophy,the science and technology strategy,pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights,strategy for our country commercial bank product innovation to provide practical sources.Based on this analysis,this paper explores the key points and breakthrough points of China's commercial Banks' product strategy innovation reform,innovation,development and improvement at the end of the paper,and puts forward the strategic choice of product strategy innovation of commercial Banks in order to provide reference for the innovation and development of China's commercial Banks.
