Research On Risk Management In The Construction Project Of HongYa DanJing Scenic Spot In Meiling Area

The construction of scenic spot is different from the general project construction,which not only has the risk of general project,but also has its own uniqueness.The current domestic research on risk management of the construction of the scenic spot is still in the stage of development,can reference cases very few.Scenic area of construction project risk research,is to expand the tourism economic management disciplines,improve the level of management decision,to ensure the smooth implementation of the scenic area of project construction is of great significance.Taking HongYa DanJing scenic spot construction project of Meiling as an example,this paper mainly studies the risk management of the scenic spot construction project.The risk identification method is firstly used to correctly identify the existing risks in scenic spot construction project.Secondly,analyze and evaluate the risk of the project on the basis of correctly identifying the risk;Finally,how to select the most effective risk monitoring and control tools to control the risks in tourism projects and ensure the smooth progress of ongoing projects.At first,uses interviews,brainstorming method,checklist method to identify the risk factors for preliminary,then using the Delphi technique for final project risk factors;Uses comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the possibility of the risk factors,the project risk breakdown structure method of RBS classified risk,to ensure the project in all risk factors for identification;After that,the risk factors are reasonably distributed among the stakeholders of scenic spot construction projects,so as to strengthen their risk awareness and clarify the responsibilities of public and private parties.Finally,according to the results of the allocation of relevant measures and Suggestions to deal with the risk factors among the participants in the scenic spot construction to achieve the risk management of both public and private sides.Taking HongYaDanJing scenic area project as an example to conduct risk management analysis not only has certain complementary effect to the risk management research of scenic spot construction in theory,but also has theoretical guidance and practical value for similar scenic spot construction in the future.
