The problem of extreme poverty has always been the hardest part of society’s development.In recent years,advocating companies to enter extremely poor areas,and strengthening the endogenous development capabilities of extremely poor people through business practices,has become one of the effective governance methods to deal with extreme poverty.However,in practice,the problem of extreme poverty in corporate business governance is not easy.The development of enterprises in poverty alleviation areas faces multiple barriers to the interests and systems of the original regional subjects.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to study how to straighten out the relationship between enterprises and other poverty governance subjects in order to improve the performance of commercial poverty alleviation.Scholars have formulated many theoretical explanations on corporate business behaviors to combat poverty,such as corporate social responsibility,BOP market,inclusive innovation,and social enterprises.However,these theories are more from the perspective of the company’s own operations,and consider the government,community organizations,and even poor households as exogenous factors.However,in extremely poor areas,enterprises are faced with the development from scratch and the establishment of new markets.Therefore,they must cooperate with the original governance subjects to form a commercial poverty alleviation system and jointly create economic and social values.In this process,all poverty governance subjects,including enterprises,are participants endogenous to this commercial poverty alleviation system.However,the cooperation between subjects also has phenomena such as structural conflicts caused by participation in heterogeneity of organizations,"weakness absorption" and "one-time strange circles".In response to these phenomena,existing studies have mostly considered the commercial poverty alleviation system as a whole from a cooperative perspective,researched the static business poverty alleviation system relationship,and did not analyze the relationship between the various components of the commercial poverty alleviation system and its subsystems and the dynamic evolutionary dynamics.This type of longitudinal and in-depth exploration is particularly suitable for case studies.Based on this,the article adopts the SPS case study method,and studies the evolution of the cooperative relationship between Sichuan Tieqilishi Group and Xide County Poverty Governance System.The theoretical framework was established using system dynamics theory,coupling theory,and transaction cost theory.The management elements of the three phases of independent operation,project cooperation,and strategic cooperation in the case description were refined,and a static model was output.Based on the coupling perspective,the evolution path,driving force,steps and results of the commercial poverty alleviation system relationshipwere analyzed.The evolutionary motivation was refined and the relevant theoretical basis wasunderstood.The dynamic model of the commercial poverty alleviation system evolutionmotivation was output.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Driven by macro-policy and symbiotic benefits,there is a clear evolution path of the relationship structure of the commercial poverty alleviation system.According to the analysis of the coupling theory,this path can be summarized and refined as "uncoupled and unconjugated " to "Coupling and unconjugated" to "Coupling and conjugate".(2)The business poverty alleviation system has realized the evolution from "uncoupled and unconjugated" to "coupled and unconjugated" through business strategic cooperation and organizational structure design;through strategic upgrades,management upgrades,and organizational connections,it has achieved "from The evolution of the "coupling and unconjugated" to "coupling and conjugate" relationship.(3)The business behavior of enterprises has played an important role in promoting the evolution of the commercial poverty alleviation system.The specific manifestation is that the enterprise actively establishes cooperative relationships with other poverty alleviation systems.Through resource integration and service exchange,institutional coordination and constraints have reduced business Transaction costs in cooperation in the poverty alleviation system have created more shared value and improved governance performance.By studying the evolutionary dynamics of the coupling relationship between the enterprise’s poverty alleviation system and other poverty alleviation systems,it complements the value cocreation theory from the perspective of the service ecosystem.Through the specific analysis of the case,it provided a certain reference experience from theory to practical operation for Tieqilishi Group and other enterprises participating in commercial poverty alleviation to establish a coupling relationship with other poverty alleviation systems. |
