Research On Rural Financial Poverty Alleviation Policy

Financial poverty alleviation is an important support to win the battle against poverty,and it plays an indispensable role in the cause of poverty alleviation in rural areas of China.Various regions have explored the situation of financial poverty alleviation,and formed some typical financial poverty alleviation models.This article attempts to carry out research on rural financial poverty alleviation policies through specific research on the "Lu model" of financial poverty alleviation.This article mainly studies rural financial support policies from four aspects:First,the background of the “Lu model”,which is in order to solve the problems of how to prevent and control risks,how to assess credit,how to guarantee services,how to choose projects,and how to reduce costs.Second,operation of the “Lu model”of financial poverty alleviation,which builds financial service system,credit evaluation system,risk prevention and control system,industrial support system.Third,To study the positive role of the “Lu model” of financial poverty alleviation in promoting poverty alleviation in rural poverty-stricken areas,and to refine practices that can be used for reference.Fourth,the research on the “point”of the“Lu model”of financial poverty alleviation has risen to the research on the “face”of rural financial poverty alleviation policies,exploring the path of rural financial poverty alleviation policies.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the “Lu model” of financial poverty alleviation has played an important role in helping rural poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken people out of poverty.Its typical practices and successful experiences can be used by financial poverty alleviation in other poor areas.Second,the financial poverty alleviation policy can only play an important supporting role,if it adheres to the problem-oriented approach,based on the actual local conditions and constantly innovates financial products and service models.Third,the implementation of rural financial poverty alleviation policies requires the participation of multiple subjects such as the government,financial institutions,and poverty alleviation targets,as well as the consolidation of related subject responsibilities.There are three main contributions of this article:The first is to provide first-hand information about financial poverty alleviation through empirical analysis of specific cases;The second is to refine the theory of financial precision poverty alleviation through research on the “Lu model” of financial poverty alleviation,enriching the financial theory and financial poverty alleviation theory;The third is to combine macro-finance poverty alleviation policies with micro-practice cases to enrich the research methods of financial poverty alleviation policies.
