As we all know,since 2018,the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce,because with the development of science and technology,as well as the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,local governments and enterprises have gradually realized that talents are the core competitiveness.So for enterprises,how to use salary to attract talents,retain talents and motivate talents for a long time is always a problem that all enterprises have encountered and need to solve.This paper takes YJ company's salary system as the research object,analyzes its problems in the operation of the company and the impact,and puts forward the optimization design scheme to promote the implementation of the scheme.The specific content of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,then introduces the relevant theories and literature at home and abroad,and finally introduces the research ideas,research content and research methods.The second part is the basic situation and problem analysis of YJ company,including the company's organizational structure,human resources and compensation system.Then,through the method of questionnaire and interview,find out some main problems in the human resource management of YJ company,especially in the salary system,and analyze all the problems one by one.The third part is the optimization design of YJ company's salary system.First,determine the design principles,then determine the design steps,and finally determine the overall idea of optimal design.On this basis,the specific optimization scheme of YJ company's salary system is designed,mainly through the internal position evaluation of YJ company,at the same time,the external salary survey and determine the position salary.Finally,the salary structure of YJ company is designed.The fourth part is the guarantee measures for the implementation of YJ company's salary system optimization design scheme.In order to make the optimization scheme can be successfully implemented and fully play its role,it is necessary to establish a series of guarantee mechanisms to provide strong guarantee for the implementation of the scheme.The fifth part is the conclusion,limitation and prospect.This paper summarizes this study,and analyzes some limitations of this study,as well as the future of internal and external salary optimization.Through the optimization design of the salary system of YJ company,we can help the company to provide the centripetal force and cohesion of employees,maintain a stable and high-quality talent team,improve the competitiveness of the company in the market,and help the company to develop sustainably.It also provides some experience and methods for the salary Optimization Reform of other companies of the same type.
