Research On Exchange Rate Risk Management Of Foreign Trade Company

In recent years,with the continuous reform of the RMB exchange rate in China,the cross-border RMB transaction volume has increased year by year.RMB has played an increasingly important role in world economy and trade,and RMB exchange rate has become a topic of worldwide concern.Since July 2005,the RMB exchange rate has been adjusted with reference to a basket of currencies weighted by the importance of multiple currencies.Therefore,all foreign trade enterprises have to gradually begin to bear the risk of foreign exchange floating.According to the relevant information,most foreign trade enterprises only use relatively simple risk aversion methods to reduce the exchange rate risk of enterprise,but they do not have an effective and reliable exchange rate risk management systemBased on the above theory of foreign exchange risk management,this paper summarizes,analyses and understands the theory,and takes X Company as the research object it tries to analyze and research the problems existing in X company's current foreign exchange risk management,as well as the business model and characteristics,so as to find effective ways and appropriate methods to solve the problem.At the same time,this paper analyses the impact of exchange rate changes on X company's operation and management and the management of X company's exchange rate risk,which can promote X company's positive response and management of exchange rate risk,strengthen X company's risk response awareness,and make X company in the course of operation,the company continuously optimizes the product structure and changes the company's management measures in order to improve the competitiveness of X company in the international market.This not only plays a very important role in the development of X,but also plays a certain role in China's foreign trade companies.
