Research On The Performance Of The BTG Hotels Mixed Ownership Reform

The year 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up,during which the reform of state-owned enterprises has been deepened.Put forward on the third plenary session of the eleventh let companies have more autonomy,management on the third plenary session of the fourteenth has been clear about the modern enterprise system,to emphasize again on the third plenary session of the eighteenth mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises and the 19th CPC National Congress puts forward "deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,to develop a mixed sector of the economy and to foster globally competitive world first-class enterprise",the mixed ownership reform of lift again.Among the 35 listed companies in A-share tourism industry,the state-owned assets holding enterprises account for two-thirds of the total.This is the importance of the mixed ownership reform and the release of power to change the industry.The reform of mixed ownership in tourism state-owned enterprises can not be simply and uniformly analyzed because of the diversity of industries.As an important part of tourism industry,accommodation industry is closely related to people's lives,and the reform of mixed ownership is particularly important.Therefore,this paper takes the BTG Hotels as the research object of mixed ownership reform.Through case study,financial analysis and other research methods,starting with the motivation and implementation process of mixed ownership reform in BTG Hotels,this paper analyses the impact of mixed ownership reform on financial performance,market performance,corporate governance performance and management performance.The research finds that the mixed ownership reform of the BTG Hotels has a positive effect on the enterprise as a whole,and draws inspiration from the research:enterprises should grasp the opportunity of national policy,rationally orientate,introduce appropriate strategic investor base,and improve corporate governance and business performance,which will provide some practical significance for other similar tourism mixed ownership reform.
