With the improvement of the living standard,the residents are more and more dependent on the supermarket chain,which makes the market scale of the supermarket chain grow explosively.However,due to the short development time and relatively backward development level of chain supermarkets in China,there are problems such asuneven distribution of distribution resources,poor location of distribution network nodes,high distribution cost and large product loss.In order to improve service efficiency,reduce the comprehensive operation cost,maximize the benefits and promote the healthy operation of chain supermarkets,chain supermarkets need to improve the distribution network in the fierce competition environment.Therefore,the research on distribution network optimization of supermarket chain has both practical and theoretical significance.Based on the analysis of the development of chain supermarket,the distribution network node layout,operation and logistics mode of each level,this paper defines the Research scenario and determines the research content,that is,the distribution network node location and distribution vehicle route optimization of chain supermarket;Firstly,this paper studies the multi-level distribution network node location problem of supermarket chain.On the basis of the existing distribution network node location research,aiming at the same effect among different levels of distribution network nodes,This paper innovatively proposes collaborative location of distribution network nodes,and considers the influence of store coverage radius on the number,capacity and service quality of stores in the actual operation process,introduces elasticity coefficient,sets store capacity as dynamic capacity,and establishes collaborative location model of distribution network nodes with the objective of optimal operationexpenditure;Secondly,based on the collaborative location model of distribution network nodes of supermarket chain,this paper optimizes the vehicle routing problem of distribution network,and establishes a multi-objective vehicle routing model with the minimum transportation cost and vehicle start-up cost.Finally,the paper designs the genetic algorithm,and takes the M chain supermarket in Taiyuan City as an example to analyze,using MATLAB to solve the model.The final calculation results of this paper show that the collaborative location and path optimization planning model of distribution network node solves the problem of location and path optimization of distribution network node of chain supermarket,which has significant effect on reducing the operation cost of chain supermarket and makes the distribution network more optimized.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the same type of enterprises in the collaborative location decision and path planning of distribution network nodes.
