Study On The Strategic Transformation Dilemma And The Route Choice Under The Background Of New Energy

New energy has the advantages of clean and sustainable,which is the new trend of energy development in the future.Some enterprises in our country find opportunities in new energy industry and make strategic transformation to new energy industry.However,the development of China's new energy industry is not mature,which is greatly affected by the macroeconomic and industrial environment.When the external environment changes unfavorably,new energy enterprises will be seriously affected.The failed strategic transformation will increase the operating risk and financial risk of the enterprise,and even make the enterprise into a dilemma,which is not conducive to the steady development and sustainable growth of the enterprise.Firstly,this article sorts out the related research of the strategic transformation,diversification strategy and specialization strategy,and the development trend of new energy,interprets the causes and driving forces of strategic transformation from the core competence theory and resource allocation theory,and explains the strategic transformation path by using the refocusing theory.Secondly,taking BTW as an example,this article analyzes its two strategic transformation processes,predicament performance causes,points out its future path choice,which is to strengthen R & D investment and talent team construction,form independent innovation capacity on the basis of strategic positioning of specialization,high-end and internationalization;at the same time,complete capital management and establish risk prevention system.Finally,the article summarizes the path selection framework for relevant enterprises to enter the new energy field,that is,to consider the relevant diversification when the specialized operation has extra capacity,at the same time,strengthen the strategic investment management,integrate the upstream and downstream resources,and form the core competitiveness to adapt to the policy change trend of new energy subsidy reduction.The innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly,analyze the strategic transformation based on the perspective of new energy,which is the new direction of enterprises in the future strategic transformation with the implementation of relevant policies.Secondly,enrich the research on strategic transformation in theory,analyze the reasons why the strategic transformation is in trouble,and try to design a set of strategic transformation path selection framework to form a complete theoretical system.
