| Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has made great progress,but the mode of development is mainly rough,and reform and innovation are urgently needed.The relationship between the transformation and upgrading of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry has become the focus of academic research.Science and technology is the fundamental driving force of economic development,while science and technology service industry is the key link to promote economic growth and industrial transformation.At present,the science and technology service industry characterized by technology and knowledge service has developed into an extremely active strategic emerging industry in the world economy and is becoming the pillar industry of China's economy.On the one hand,by means of scientific and technological innovation and technology transformation,the scientific and technological service industry directly serves for it,improves productivity and strongly supports economic and social development.On the other hand,the scientific and technological service industry has promoted the development of the manufacturing industry.The agglomeration of the scientific and technological service industry has realized the combination of knowledge,technology and services.The technology and knowledge spillover of its radiation and polarization effects are conducive to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the optimization of economic business forms.This paper first studies the concept of knowledge-intensive business services,the components of knowledge-intensive business services,the development mode of knowledge-intensive business services and the forming effect of agglomeration on knowledge-intensive business services,and USES location entropy to measure the agglomeration degree of science and technology service industry in 31 provinces.Then,the theory of manufacturing upgrading,the connotation of manufacturing transformation and upgrading,and the form of manufacturing transformation and upgrading are studied.Finally,it discusses the role of agglomeration of science and technology service industry in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry from three aspects:knowledge spillover effect,competition effect and synergistic effect.Empirical aspect,according to our country's science and technology service industry agglomeration and the specific situation of the manufacturing industry to upgrade,to statistical yearbook of China's 31 provinces(not including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)to the data from 2008 to 2016 as samples,with the added value of the second industry as the dependent variable,location entropy as the independent variable,traffic developed,information level,fixed capital investment as control variables to establish multiple linear regression equation,empirically the influence of knowledge-intensive business services for manufacturing industry to upgrade,the whole process adopts statall software implementation.Finally,it is concluded that the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive business services has a significant positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In order to better play the role of science and technology service industry in promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry,we should first increase the support from the government and secondly give full play to the advantages of regional coordinated development.Finally,we should constantly innovate the agglomeration development mode of science and technology service industry,rely on the development mechanism of knowledge-intensive business services,realize the unique education and training system of specialized talents in the agglomeration and development region,form the cultural atmosphere of competition and cooperation between enterprises and the innovation mechanism,and realize the joint upgrade of knowledge-intensive business services and manufacturing industry. |
