With the development of knowledge economy around the world, the knowledge has become essential resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. The way to gain knowledge transfer in other enterprises and organizations is important for enterprises to own, create knowledge and to build competitive advantage. At the same time, industry cluster, a style to promote area economy, has been drawn prevalent attention from governments and scholars. Especially speaking, the cluster of knowledge-intensive services, as a new style of service industry, has become a strong force to drive the development of economy. Therefore, it is significant for those enterprises who want to gain competitive advantage to find the affecting factors in knowledge-intensive services.This thesis has built affecting-factors model of knowledge transfer and proposed 10 hypotheses based on the review of relevant researches in home and aboard. The study has taken Tongji industry belt as an example, investigated 150 enterprises in service industry, and called back 63 effective questionnaires. The thesis has adopted factor analysis and tested all the hypotheses with correlation coefficient analysis, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. Throughout the analysis, the thesis has drawn following conclusions: firstly, intense relationship among enterprises and strong learning culture has made significant positive impact on knowledge transfer among enterprises in knowledge-intensive services cluster of Tongji industry belt; then, strong absorptive capacity and close organizational distance has impelled knowledge transfer among enterprises; furthermore, knowledge ambiguity has made negative impact on knowledge transfer among enterprises in knowledge-intensive services cluster of Tongji industry belt; finally, medium knowledge distance has been more propitious to knowledge transfer comparing to distant knowledge distance.Through the analysis, this thesis has summarized three characters of knowledge transfer among enterprises in knowledge-intensive services cluster comparing with knowledge transfer among ordinary enterprises. On the basis of this, the thesis gave two suggestions for the knowledge-intensive service enterprise, that is to conduct multi-level cooperation among enterprises and establish various type of union, and enhance the establishment of learning culture.
