Research On The Evolution Characteristics Of Urban Land Structure And Function In Jinan City Based On Public Source Data

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the scale and structure of urban land have changed dramatically.It changes the adjustment of urban functions.Under the background of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,Jinan,as the capital of the only coastal province in the Yellow River basin,is not only challenged by existing problems but also faced with new development opportunities.On the basis of using traditional statistical data,this paper applies public source data,including the POI,remote sensing data,the house price data,the urban traffic delay data.Moreover,using a variety of econometric model,we analyze the structure and function of Jinan urban land evolution characteristics,and delve into the relationship and factors between them,the results are as follows:The total amount of urban land in Jinan keeps increasing,and the structure of land use is gradually balanced.In terms of time scale evolution: the urban land use in Jinan city changes from a state of fluctuating growth to a state of stable growth,during 1991-2018.And during this time,the land structure experiences an "unbalanced-balanced-stable" change process,and all kinds of land also show different degrees of growth.In terms of spatial scale evolution: the urban land of Jinan city transforms from "northeast" to "southwest",and the urban land expansion speed in the downtown area is slower than that in the marginal new city.Influenced by the overall expansion direction of urban land,all kinds of urban land continuously expand outward along the direction of "southwest-northeast".Various urban functions in Jinan have been continuously improved,and show great spatial heterogeneity.(1)the living environment of Jinan city is constantly improved and its functions are constantly enhanced.The residential area presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "large central agglomeration and small peripheral agglomeration".The housing price of the residential area shows a trend of decreasing from the center to the periphery.(2)The city’s manufacturing industry has gradually changed into an industrial type dominated by high-tech content and high added value.The growth vitality of urban production function is insufficient.And the industrial enterprises gradually move away from the hierarchical distribution of the center to the periphery.(3)the development trend of urban education function shows that the competitiveness is weakened.The function of urban commercial service is characterized by increasing scale,multi-center and gradually defining the development characteristics of central business district.(4)in terms of transportation service function,the length of urban roads in Jinan city increases year by year,the accessibility of transportation improves significantly,and residents’ ways of travel are diversified.Under the background of informationize,Jinan’s smart logistics industry develops well and further improves the city’s logistics function.(5)the disposal capacity of urban "three wastes" has been significantly improved,and the urban ecological service function has been gradually improved.The development of urban land use structure and urban function is not only restricted by each other’s development,but also influenced by the city’s natural conditions,technological progress,the government’s macro policies and the role of the market.The rapid expansion of industrial parks in Jinan leads to a large area of idle industrial land and the decline of technical efficiency of industrial land,which is not conducive to the improvement of urban industrial production function.The construction of Jinan west passenger station effectively promotes the growth of land area in surrounding cities and promotes the rational distribution of land structure.Finally,from the two aspects of optimizing the structure of urban land use and improving urban functions,combined with the goal of high-quality urban development,this paper proposes to optimize the composite type of urban land use,reduce idle land,and improve the efficiency of urban land use;to increase the construction of basic service facilities;upgrading the industrial structure;strengthen the resources superiority conformity,coordinate the supply and demand relations and so on countermeasure suggestion.
