Research On Chinese Maternity Insurance System From The Perspective Of Female Rights

Human beings continue their descendants through the natural act of birth,which is not only of family meaning but also of great social significance.As the main bearer of fertility behavior,women promote the improvement of their families through childbearing,and provide inexhaustible motive force for the regeneration of the national population and the development of social civilization.The government work report of 2019 pointed out that the current maternity insurance system cannot meet the needs of an increasingly social society and needs to reform the maternity insurance system to meet the needs of current social development.The state attaches great importance to women's contribution to the family and society.It establishes a maternity insurance system to protect women's rights and protect maternal and child health.Therefore,enjoying a perfect maternity insurance system is the common aspiration of all women and a sign of the country's progress and development.Through the introduction of women's rights and interests,this paper sorts out the current development status of maternity insurance system,explores the problems that cause the development of maternity insurance system to lag behind,and further analyzes the deep-seated reasons,thus providing direction for the improvement of maternity insurance system.With the continuous development of society,the maternity insurance system has also experienced four stages of establishment,exploration,development and improvement.The development level of the maternity insurance system has been continuously improved,providing a good material basis for the special period of women's birth,and protecting women's rights and interests during the birth period.In the new era of China,the social security system has been continuously improved.As a development of the maternity insurance system that protects women's rights and interests,it has lagged behind other insurances.There are problems such as backward legal system construction,narrow coverage,and female rights and interests.By combining the current situation of China's maternity insurance system,the reasons for its existence are analyzed.The main reason is that the government guarantees the lack of women's rights and interests,the lack of male responsibility in system design,the imperfect rule of law,and the failure to achieve overall management.To this end,this paper draws on the relevant experience of foreign developed countries,proposes to improve the government responsibility of the maternity insurance system,improve the legislative construction of the maternity insurance system,expand the coverage of the maternity insurance system,and improve the treatment level of the maternity insurance system.
