Research On GD Enterprise Working Capital Management Issues

With the rapid development of Chinese socialist market economy,working capital management plays an important role in modern enterprise financial management.Although domestic and foreign scholars of modern financial theory mostly focus on long-term financial policy,more and more enterprise managers are willing to spend their time to manage the working capital in enterprise practice.The level of working capital management directly influences the development of enterprises,even determines the fate of the enterprise.This paper adopts the case study method,selects the operating capital management problems of GD company as the research object,and conducts research according to the logic of"case-problems and causes-suggestions".Through the collection and analysis of data,I finds that there are some good aspects between GD company and the eight listed companies.But shortcomings are still existing in the management of GD company,including:having certain financing risks and debt risks?excessive borrowing by the company's internal borrowing?insufficient use of the company's own commercial credit and insufficient management of the company's accounts receivable.There are internal and external causes for the above problems.Most of the external factors are attributed to external market factors and the impact of the financial environment.The internal factors are more diverse,including:the lack of the working capital management concept?imperfect system and means of internal working capital management and lacking sound working capital management performance evaluation system within the enterprise.In order to develop the working capital management of GD company well,I propose some improvement measures after research:establishing the new concept of working capital management;optimizing the internal structure;establishing the corporate working capital guarantee system and improving working capital efficiency.Another point to note is that it is necessary to pay attention to the evaluation and control of risks.of GD company although " zero working capital management theory " are much suitable for it.This paper hopes to play a guiding role in the future development of GD company.
