Research On Quality Management Of A Real Estate Project In W City

Since the development of real estate industry in the decades from high-speed operation to the economic situation after the sub-prime crisis,opportunities and risks coexist.The first key step of real estate project development is the feasibility study of the project,which is based on the risk prediction,economic budget and planning development of real estate projects.In all stages of the life cycle of real estate projects,quality is in a very important position.Improving the quality level of real estate projects will directly affect the living space and quality of life of residents,and is a major event related to the national economy and people's livelihood.This paper mainly takes W city A real estate project as the research carrier,and deeply studies the quality management of the real estate project.Based on a comprehensive summary of the relevant research results of project quality management at home and abroad,research and design are carried out.Firstly,by explaining the specific overview and content of A real estate project in W city,the specific tasks of this project are analyzed,which provides a basis for quality analysis.Combining with specific quality management tasks,the quality objectives of A real estate project in W city are put forward.Secondly,the quality evaluation of A real estate project in W city is emphasized.Through the design of quality inspection methods and means,and the in-depth analysis of its quality inspection results,the quality management performance is evaluated comprehensively,which provides theoretical guidance for quality control and guarantee.Finally,aiming at the three stages of research,planning and construction of A real estate project in W city,the quality control measures in each stage are analyzed emphatically,and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the A real estate project in W city,from the perspective of project tasks,and in view of the specific objectives set by the project,the quality management is evaluated by using relevant evaluation methods.(2)In view of the research,planning and construction stages of A real estate project in W city,specific measures for quality control are put forward,which can provide good ideas for quality management of related projects.
