With the continuous development of China's economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards,the masses' demand for food has gradually shifted from a "full meal" to a green and healthy direction.Although many food companies are paying more and more attention to food quality and safety issues,some enterprises regard food quality and safety as the core content of enterprise survival and development.However,the actual situation in the country is to continuously expose food safety incidents,making domestic food quality in the hearts of consumers.The problem is very serious and has an important impact on the integrity and market share of China's food companies.Therefore,how to strengthen the quality management of domestic food enterprises,so that the quality of food produced by enterprises is reassuring,so that the re-establishment of consumer confidence is the key.This article starts with the related concepts of quality,quality management,quality management system,etc.,taking L Food Company as an example,in-depth discussion on the status quo and problems of the company's quality management,starting from the inside and outside of the enterprise,looking for the causes of these problems,from the management system,Starting from the aspects of resource supply,process control and continuous improvement,we will establish a quality management system plan for L Food Company,and at the same time,formulate L Food Company's product quality management improvement and improvement plan in accordance with PDCA principles,and promote the optimization of L Food Company's product quality management system.At the same time,it also evaluates the effect of L company's implementation of quality management system,and finds problems in the implementation of its quality management system.Then,through the optimization and integration of all links and factors of L company,the company's quality management ability is improved,making the whole process and all-round.The quality management system for all employees was built.After the trial operation,through the relevant data analysis,the verification effect basically meets the expected requirements,which plays a certain reference and reference for the improvement of the quality management of the enterprise.
