| At present,China's agricultural development path is oriented towards green development,which is rooted in the national sustainable development strategy.Since1994,China has adopted a progressive way to accelerate the construction of sustainable agricultural development.In 2017,China began to promote the construction of regional ecological recycling agriculture,aiming at improving the quality of green agricultural development.We will deepen the sustainable development of agriculture.Qingshan Town in Taobei District of Baicheng City is an Agro-Animal husbandry ecotone.It has the advantages of developing combination of breeding and animal husbandry and the development of Agro-Animal circulation.However,the foundation of the node construction of the regional eco-agricultural chain in Qingshan Town is not balanced,which hinders the construction and development of eco-agricultural circulation in this area.In order to improve the quality of agricultural development in Qingshan Township,further to the path of sustainable development,and lead the rapid green development of agriculture in Baicheng City,this paper studies the development of ecological circular agriculture in Qingshan Town,Taobei District of Baicheng City,and the specific layout is as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,domestic and foreign research status,main research contents and research methods;the second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis,which mainly defines the two concepts of ecological recycling agriculture and planting and absorption base,from the circular economy theory,sustainable development theory and public goods theory.The third chapter is about the current situation and existing problems of the regional ecological recycling agriculture in Qingshan Town.It combs the current situation of the research object from the planting resources,animal husbandry resources,ecological recycling nodes and supporting policy system.It also discusses the cleaning treatment rate of livestock and poultry manure,the application amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide,and the resource utilization of straw.The fourth chapter is the design concept of regional ecological circular agriculture development in Qingshan Town,which mainly puts forward the design of regional ecological circular agriculture development,specifically from the planting and absorption base,agricultural waste resource utilization,regional ecology.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure and suggestion,specifically from the aspects of increasing public goods supply,improving interest linkage mechanism,implementing inventory supervision and strengthening publicity and education;the seventy-sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text.Four main conclusions are drawn in this paper.Firstly,Qingshan Town is an important agro-pastoral ecotone in Baicheng City,Jilin Province.It has abundant agricultural and animal husbandry resources and has natural advantages and potential to develop the ecological circulation agriculture model of "combining agriculture with animal husbandry,crop-breeding cycle".Planting and breeding are the traditional industries that local farmers depend on for their livelihood.In the future,they will continue to depend on for generations.Under the background of the current green development orientation of agriculture in China,Qingshan Town should develop regional ecological circular agriculture model.Secondly,Qingshan Town faces many obstacles in the process of developing regional eco-circular agriculture.On the one hand,although the nodes of regional eco-circular agriculture in Qingshan Town are relatively complete,they have not yet been closely related.Each construction subject is only in the state of intentional participation,while the number of intentional participants is relatively small.On the other hand,there are some problems in the whole project area,such as low cleaning rate of livestock and poultry manure,soil degradation and pollution caused by the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and low utilization of straw resources,which hamper the development of ecological cycle in Qingshan Town.Construction and development of agriculture.Thirdly,the regional eco-circular agriculture in Qingshan Town needs systematic design.This paper argues that the design needs to carry out the spatial layout,key construction tasks,development mode,planting and absorption bases,and the resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding wastes on the basis of clearly putting forward the development principles and objectives.The design of operation system and mechanism can ensure the smooth operation of regional ecological circular agriculture construction and development in Qingshan Town.Fourthly,in order to promote the development of eco-circular agriculture in Qingshan Town,we need to do a good job in four basic safeguards,namely,increasing government support,improving the interest linkage mechanism,implementing inventory supervision,and strengthening publicity and education. |
