The development of the economic level and the continuous improvement of people's living standards have ushered in new development opportunities and opportunities for China's service industry.In recent years,with the rise of China's middle class,people's demand for tourism consumption has become more and more vigorous,and the upgrading of consumption has driven demand growth.The hotel industry,which is one of the important branches of the third service industry,has also prospered.However,in the face of the competition of international high-quality multinational chain hotels and the backward facilities and marketing concepts of domestic hotels,China's hotel industry still faces fierce competitive pressures.It is urgent to improve its business philosophy and marketing concepts,and use modern scientific marketing methods to create from the whole.Systematic,distinctive,high-quality brands,thereby enhancing the hotel's service level,winning consumers' love,and standing out in a fierce competitive environment.This thesis takes Longkou Hotel,Longkou City,Shandong Province as the research object,and uses the relevant theories in marketing theory to conduct marketing research.First,analyze the internal status quo,use SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Longkou Hotel,and summarize its current marketing problems and reasons.Then,on the basis of this,using the marketing SIP theory and 7Ps marketing theory to design the marketing strategy of Longkou Hotel,and formulating practical marketing strategies around multiple marketing elements such as product,price,promotion,place,people,process and physical evidence.Finally,from the aspects of customer relationship management,marketing construction,corporate culture construction,and information technology guarantee,the marketing strategy guarantee measures of Longkou Hotel are summarized,in order to provide reference for the marketing upgrade of Longkou Hotel.In view of the rapid development of the current tourism industry,the hotel industry is also welcoming development opportunities.This thesis takes the typical hotel Longkou Hotel in small and medium-sized cities as an example,and makes full use of the theory of management and marketing to conduct comprehensive research.It provides decision-making reference for upgrading its marketing strategy and grasping the current development opportunities.It also provides reference and thinking for other hotel industry marketing strategies.
