A Comparative Study Of The International Competitiveness Of The Service Industry Between Heilongjiang Province And The Southeast Coastal Area

Since the beginning of the 20 th century,the tide of economic globalization has been unstoppable,and the tertiary industry has gradually replaced the primary and secondary industries and become the key to global economic competition.Under this opportunity,the service industry has been developing rapidly.At home,the service industry is an important part of the national economy and an important basis for measuring the development of modern social economy.China's southeast coastal areas have a unique economic base,service industry development is in the ascendant.Heilongjiang province,as the border area of our country,is an important granary of our country.There is still a long way to go in the development of service industry.How to balance the differences between the north and south in the service industry,take the southeast coastal area as a reference,and promote the development of the national economy is a clear direction for the development of service industry in Heilongjiang province.To sum up,this paper first analyzes the difference of international competitiveness of service industry in Heilongjiang Province and southeast coastal area through Porter diamond model and correlation index.Secondly,it is analyzed that the service industry in Heilongjiang Province and the southeast coastal area still has a big gap in the overall and individual industries,in the industrial structure,industry structure and so on.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of service industry in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.And it is hoped that Heilongjiang Province and the southeast coastal areas will actively communicate and cooperate in order to contribute to the economic recovery of the Northeast and then promote the development of the tertiary industry and the overall economy in China.
