Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

With the continuous development of global tourism,the combination of global tourism and targeted poverty alleviation has become a general trend,and the "cross-border" integration of the two has become the top priority of the work.Based on this,the author took advantage of the poverty alleviation work to investigate and analyze the situation of the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation work in the Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City by using research methods such as literature collection,case analysis,interviews,field surveys,and qualitative and quantitative analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Taierzhuang District is driving poverty alleviation with the development of tourism in the whole region,and helping rural revitalization with the practical effect of poverty alleviation.Tourism in the whole region has provoked the "girder" of Taierzhuang District to overcome poverty.As of the end of December 2019,the region received 12.529 million tourists and realized a total tourism consumption of 9.27 billion yuan,which was 1.05 times last year.At the end of 2018,the per capita net income of the poverty-stricken population in Taierzhuang District's archives increased from 3,102.16 yuan to 8,825.14 yuan.The construction of tourism poverty alleviation projects is included in the scope of tourism development in the whole region,and the promotion and marketing are packaged.Up to now,a total of 24 various marketing activities have been held,and 7 tourism poverty alleviation projects have been promoted;the implementation of the "village tourism trunk" project,the excavation and cultivation of "Taogou people" and other tourism special commodities,helping 340 poor people.Taking poverty alleviation through employment as an important way to promote poverty alleviation and income increase for the poor households,it has helped the poor to achieve employment in 1989.The existing models are: "ancient city +" tourism poverty alleviation model,"project +" tourism poverty alleviation model,"agriculture +" tourism poverty alleviation model.(2)Although Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City has achieved good results in promoting comprehensive poverty alleviation through the development of global tourism,it is undeniable that there are still inaccurate development positioning,inaccurate identification of precise poverty alleviation,excavation of tourism cultural connotation needs to be deepened,and the effect of assistance is low And other issues.(3)In order to ensure the smooth ending of poverty alleviation work,the realization of targeted poverty alleviation with global tourism should follow the principles of consistency,inclusiveness and creativity.Strict industry standards to ensure the orderly operation of theproject.Strengthening the poverty alleviation guarantee mechanism,perfecting the global tourism guarantee system,realizing comprehensive reforms in terms of tourism market operation and tourism management system,and activating tourism assistance potential are all-round promotion of poverty alleviation projects based on the “precise poverty alleviation by tourism spots” model.Do the "One Core"(Taierzhuang Ancient City),"Three Districts"(Taierzhuang Ancient City Tourist Area,Liuhu Rural Complex Tourist Area,Taogou River Wetland Tourist Area),"Two Belts"(Canal Scenery Belt,Green Belt Around City)Recreation belt)article,to build the overall pattern of the tourism industry.Achieve the precise connection between "global tourism" and "precision poverty alleviation",and promote the transformation and upgrading of industries,so as to solve the poverty problem in Taierzhuang area and achieve the purpose of getting rid of poverty and getting rich.
