A Study On The Countermeasures Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Zichuan District,Shandong Province

At present,China has entered a crucial period for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Winning the battle against poverty and achieving common prosperity is a major mission bestowed by the party in the new era.Accurate poverty alleviation conforms to the development trend of the times and is an important way to meet the people's increasing needs for a better life and achieve social harmony,stability,and comprehensive development.This article through to the domestic and foreign research review sums up to help clarify the research train of thought,grasp accurate precision poverty alleviation poverty alleviation,tourism and other basic concepts,elaborates on the tourism precise operation mechanism of internal links for poverty alleviation and sustainable development theory,comparative advantage theory as the theoretical basis of research.First of all,based on analyzing the present situation and problems of precision zichuan district tourism poverty alleviation,and USES the questionnaire in the form of the present stage zichuan precision poverty alleviation in the recognition and support of tourism,management problems existing in the three different stages were analyzed,and that there are basic poverty causes of poverty and participate in the obstacle is not enough to understand and support a single main body,support basic condition is not perfect,the government management function weakened.Secondly,this paper uses the method of chromatography analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the implementation effect of tourism targeted poverty alleviation in Zichuan District,and selects 13 secondary indicators from the three dimensions of accurate identification,assistance and management for comprehensive analysis.The evaluation results show that the accuracy recognition effect value and the accuracy Assistance Index belong to the "general" level,but the accuracy management index evaluation level is in the "poor" level,and the overall tourism targeted poverty alleviation effect of Zichuan District is in the "general" level.Therefore,there is still a lot of room for improvement in targeted poverty alleviation in Zichuan.Finally,in order to better help Zichuan District to implement tourism targeted poverty alleviation,it mainly puts forward the advantages from the aspects of tourism targeted poverty alleviation identification(such as the accurate identification ofpoverty alleviation projects and poor households),tourism targeted assistance(such as the satisfaction and confidence of help objects,the implementation of help funds),tourism targeted management(such as management system,management ability,management organization),etc Policy recommendations.
