A Research On Tax Service Informatization Of Zalute Tax Banner Under The Background Of 'Internet +'

With the deepening of the concept of "service-oriented government" and the continuous advancement of tax service informatization in China,the continuous improvement and innovation of tax service informatization has become the only way for tax authorities to build a service-oriented tax authority and improve the quality and efficiency of tax service.Under the background of "Internet+",the innovative development mode of "Internet+tax" has broadened the channels for tax authorities to strengthen the collection and management ability,promote the modernization process of tax service and build a harmonious collection and payment relationship.Based on the background of "Internet plus tax",combined with the experience of grassroots tax work,this paper describes the research results of the construction of tax service system from the perspective of public management,and based on the correlational studies of the informatization construction of tax service in the Internet plus background,according to the various codes of conduct,regulations,rules and regulations of the current information service in China,using the methods of field investigation,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the current situation of Tax Bureau in the construction of tax service information system,and analyzes the existing problems in tax service information system,such as the lack of awareness of tax service information,the low level of standardization of tax service information system,and the lack of computer professionals,the construction of Internet platform is not enough.This paper analyzes the specific reasons that restrict the informatization construction of tax service in Jarud Banner,and puts forward the following suggestions:establishing the service concept based on the informatization needs of taxpayers,providing personalized tax service,strengthening the upgrading and construction of the informatization platform of tax service,unifying and improving the standards of Internet tax service products,and improving the feedback channels of the informatization platform of tax service measures,while learning from the advanced development experience at home and abroad,continuing to explore the construction mode of tax service informatization suitable for the region.This paper is of practical significance to solve the problems in the informatization of tax service in minority areas and is of great significance to enrich the theory of informatization of tax service in minority areas.
