| Raoyang’s vegetable industry has a very good development foundation, the planting scale expands unceasingly as well,the influence becomes bigger in hebei province,even in China.However,traditional mode of production, low value-added, few sales channels and the short of brand influence seriously restrict the development of vegetable industry.We need to urgently develop vegetable informationization.,by combining the production and operation mode of traditional vegetable with advanced technology of informatization such as Internet of things, e-commerce and traceability system for quality control, to adjusting structure and changing ways, for the purpose of achieving efficient development of raoyang vegetable industry and meeting the requirement of increasing farmers’ income.This article uses literature analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis, based on the information productivity theory and information asymmetry theory, through three interviews with raoyang’s agriculture bureau, statistical bureau and other government departments,various vegetables management main body and information assistants.according to the in-depth and systematized analysis of raoyang’s vegetable informatization development environment,analyses the vegetable informatization application benefits from leading enterprises,specialized cooperatives and ordinary farmers three different aspects. Put forward problems,which exit in the raoyang;s vegetable informatization, borrow the experience of agricultural informatization development in advanced enterprises and developed areas.And suggest the countermeasure, firstly, according to the different vegetables operators’ actual situation and difficulty in greenhouse transformation, choose suitable technology and level of the Internet of things’ application and and give preferential policies or relevant subsidy, focus on the application of the Internet of things technology development of vegetables; secondly, accelerate the construction of the logistics and warehousing project, achieve vegetables fresh storage and cold chain transportation as soon as possible, finally with the help of zhongshang pay agricultural e-commerce platform to broaden sales channels; thirdly, play the leading role of government, consummate information service system and assessment standards; finally,promote exploitation and utilization,which meets raoyang’s region characteristic information resources. Point of this article innovation lies on the research of vegetables industry informationization in the field of production and business operation efficiency and results, different from the past to build agricultural informatization platform of government on the provincial and municipal level analysis point of view, the research content is more micro and refinement. |
