In recent years,the rapid development of e-commerce has greatly changed the business model of many industries.Its application in the fresh and cold chain logistics industry has given birth to a new fresh distribution model-O2O e-commerce platform+Fresh distribution center+offline experience store.O2O e-commerce mode makes the relationship between customer demand and enterprise supply more closely,and greatly improves the distribution efficiency.With the growing maturity of O2O fresh cold chain operation mode,some problems begin to emerge:for the cost control of enterprises,the space for optimization in path planning is more limited;for customer demand,the timeliness and freshness of fresh delivery are more and more important.Therefore,the main contradiction of the current O2O mode of fresh food e-commerce lies in:under the premise of meeting the growing market demand,enterprises should not only bring better fresh online shopping experience to customers,but also improve the utilization efficiency of operating resources.In view of this background,the research significance of this paper is to provide a way to solve the above contradiction:compared with the current single distribution center model,the multi distribution center model is more able to meet the needs of customers,while for different fresh demand,the reasonable selection of distribution center openness can improve the efficiency of enterprise operation resources utilization.The main contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,the relevant domestic and foreign literature of fresh and cold chain logistics is described,and then the relevant theories of fresh and cold chain transportation of multiple distribution centers are expounded in detail,including the related concepts and connotation,development process,analysis and selection of solution methods involved in this paper,which are the theoretical basis of this paper and provide the model construction part of this paper Theoretical support.Then through the analysis of the cold chain transportation path of multiple distribution centers under the O2O mode,it is found that the single distribution center mode based on regional segmentation and separate distribution is not suitable for the current market demand.Therefore,this paper designs a cold chain transportation network of multiple distribution centers under the O2O mode.Based on this network,this paper comprehensively considers the constraints of transportation distance,distribution time window and freshness Taking transportation cost,refrigeration cost,vehicle transfer cost,open and idle cost of distribution center and self delivery point’s satisfaction with distribution time and fresh quality as optimization objective functions,a double objective fresh distribution path optimization model is established to achieve the common optimization of enterprise distribution cost and customer satisfaction.The model is validated by an example analysis,and the fresh delivery scheme under different demand conditions is obtained by using the improved non dominated sorting genetic algorithm.Through the analysis of the example results,the conclusion of this paper is:under different demand conditions,the reasonable choice of open distribution center can effectively reduce the distribution cost under the condition of ensuring certain customer satisfaction.
