The Research On Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Path Optimization Of Shanghai Xin Yi Company

With the continuous development of China's economic and social,food and daily necessities are put forward higher fresh quality requirements by the life of fast rhythm and high level of quality of life,which lead to cold chain logistics more important.But the modern cold chain logistics industry is still in its infancy in our country,cold-chain logistics distribution cost is high,which seriously hinder the further development of cold chain logistics.How to optimize the cold-chain logistics distribution path,in order to save cost,speed up the circulation of goods,reduce carbon emissions and increase the logistics enterprise profits,have become a research hot spot currently.Shanghai Xin Yi Company is a enterprise which focuses on cold chain logistics distribution.The cold chain logistics distribution costs are increased,customer satisfaction is reduced,and distribution efficiency is reduced during the operation.Therefore,the research on the cold-chain logistics distribution route optimization of Shanghai Xin Yi Company is the practical significance.In this background,with the Shanghai Xin Yi Company as samples,this paper focuses on the problem of the construction of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model and the solving algorithm based on improved particle swarm algorithm.At first,this article introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of cold chain logistics,the definition and components of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization and the present research situation of cold chain logistics path optimization,and also analyzes the main solving algorithm,in order to have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the cold chain logistics path optimization problem;Second,this paper takes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of Cold-chain logistics distribution in Shanghai Xin Yi company,takes a systematic analysis of the factors affecting the cold-chain logistics distribution cost,introduces a concept of total cost,which includes the fixed costs,the transportation costs,the cargo damage cost,the cost of carbon emissions and the time penalty cost,designs the the objective function of model and the vehicle constraints from two aspects of customer and vehicle;Finally,this paper combine the distribution data of Xin Yi company,writes and runs the code by using MATLAB software,verifies the feasibility of solving this problem by improved particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,and this paper puts forward suggestions on optimization from vehicles,vehicle routing and coordination of servicing time to Shanghai Xin Yi company and verifies the effect of the optimization Suggestions by carrying out the simulation analysis to the adjustment schemes.
