Research On The Evaluation System Of Internal Control In Aadministrative Unit

From the perspective of the development of internal control of administrative institutions in China,since the Ministry of Finance issued the "internal control standards of administrative institutions(Trial)",most administrative institutions have built a control system in accordance with the requirements of the standards to strengthen single management,which has greatly improved the management ability and work efficiency of the units.However,a series of subjective or objective reasons,such as the weak awareness of internal control and the poor external environment,lead to many defects in the internal control of administrative institutions in China.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation system of internal control,so as to evaluate the implementation effect of internal control and find the existing problems.This paper takes the development of internal control of administrative institutions as the research background,and actively uses the excellent research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad for reference,so as to carry out the research on the evaluation system ofinternal control of administrative institutions in China.On the basis of reference to relevant theories,this paper takes the Administration for Industry and Commerce of city A as the research object(hereinafter referred to as unit A),research on the internal control of the unit.First,analyze and summarize the development of internal control of unit A at the unit level and business level,so as to provide the basis for the following targeted construction of the internal control evaluation index system of unit A.Secondly,under the guidance of relevant policy documents,select a reasonable evaluation index,and select the evaluation index by consulting professionals,at the same time,determine the index weight by establishing the internal internal control evaluation index model of unit A,and build the internal control evaluation system of unit A.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make a comprehensive evaluate on the development of internal control of unit A and determine the evaluation level of internal control of unit A.According to the evaluation results,analyze the problems existing in the development of internal control of unit A and put forward the policy suggestions.Through the evaluation and analysis of the internal control of unit A,this paper finds out the problems existing in the internal control of unit A and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions,which will help unit A to improve the internal control system construction,further improve theworking capacity and efficiency of the unit,and increase the credibility of the government.At the same time,it is a further enrichment of the research content of this type of administrative unit,which provides a certain reference for the follow-up research of this type of administrative unit.
