Innovation promotes national progress.Innovation based on "developed" science is affecting the world in an unprecedented way.Establishing an innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science is an important way to enhance independent innovation capabilities.However,due to the high complexity and uncertainty of the innovation ecosystem itself,as well as the existence of differences in the innovation capabilities of innovation entities.As a result,the innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science faces many problems such as insufficient independent innovation capability and insufficient driving force for system evolution.Based on the above problems,this article explores the evolutionary dynamic mechanism of innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science,analyzes its evolutionary mechanism,and provides solutions to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises in the biomedical innovation ecosystem.This article relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Science-based Innovation Ecosystem Co-evolution and Policy Research" "Science-based Innovation Ecosystem Co-evolution and Policy Research"(Project Number: 71974091),selects the biomedical industry as the research object,and combines ecological theory to build an innovative ecosystem evolution model based on "developed" science.According to the characteristics of the biopharmaceutical industry,the evolution stages of the biomedical innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science are divided into patent protection stages,market selection stages,competition diffusion stages,and system maturity stages,and the evolution characteristics of the system at each stage are analyzed.By analyzing the factors affecting the evolution of the innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science(internal and external factors),the dynamic mechanism of system evolution is clarified.Then,the ecological logistic equation was used to construct the evolution model of the biomedical innovation ecosystem,and build a systematic evolutionary model of symbiotic evolution.And use Origin2018 software to simulate and analyze the innovation ecosystem based on "developed" science and the evolution mechanism of innovation population in the system.Finally,taking Zhongguancun Life Science Park as an example,the evolution mechanism of the biomedical innovation ecosystem was examined.Finally,according to the development status of ZhongguancunLife Science Park,it puts forward development suggestions from three aspects of promoting basic scientific research,government macro-cultivation,and collaborative innovation of innovative populations,hoping to provide a reference for enhancing the innovation ability of the innovation subjects in the system.The results show that:(1)Universities / research institutes are the backbone of the development of an innovative ecosystem based on "developed" science,and basic scientific research is the source of system evolution;(2)The evolution of the Zhongguancun biopharmaceutical innovation ecosystem conforms to Logistic Mechanism,symbiotic evolution of innovative populations within the system;(3)The diversity of innovation subjects contributes to the evolution of the system,and the interaction between various innovation factors can promote the healthy development of the system.The research results can provide ideas for improving the innovation capacity of Zhongguancun Life Science Park,and have reference significance for the leap-forward development of China's biopharmaceutical industry.
