Research On Mobile Travel Platform Based On Scene Thinking

With the development of sharing economy,the rise of mobile travel under the background of sharing economy has solved the problem of traditional offline empty load of drivers and the difficulty of passengers waiting.As a link between drivers and passengers,mobile travel platform came into being.However,with the development of the IOT technology and the change of user travel scene,the user travel demand is also constantly changing.Users pay more attention on user experience brought by the mobile travel platform under the fusion scenario.Travel users are no longer satisfied with the single travel mode provided by the current mobile travel platform.Firstly,this paper adopts literature research method to conduct theoretical research on scenes,scenario-based thinking,mobile travel,mobile travel platform and related contents of sharing economy.Then use the comparative analysis to the existing mobile travel platform from travel users,using the process,business model,function and product innovation pattern compares five aspects analysis,summarizes present situation and combining the mobile travel platform scenario-based analysis its product innovation mode of thinking,for subsequent travel platform of mobile research provides the firsthand material.Then use the function analysis of the current mobile travel platform behavior role from the perspective of basic,interaction,requirements analysis,summarizes the mobile travel platform behavior characters of existing problems,identify existing problems in the current user travel mainly for security issues,timely and prudent sexual problems,travel service fragmentation.Finally,the design process of situational awareness--information acquisition--trigger response--result feedback was constructed to solve user travel problems.Through quantitative research on users,the paper summarizes five indicators of travel safety,timeliness,accessibility,ease of use and systematicness,and constructs STAUS design indicator system to guide the design of mobile travel platform.The establishment of the design model of mobile travel platform under the scenario thinking can connect multiple types of platforms,realize data exchange and mutual drainage between platforms,and finally provide users with intelligent and accurate travel recommendation schemes under multiple scenarios.The author takes tour with travel scene as an example to improve the design of the existing mobile travel platform.By mining user requirements in multiple scenarios,the function,use process and function process of the mobile travel platform are redesigned to form the system architecture of the mobile travel platform,so as to meet the design goal of multiple requirements of a single platform.The feasibility verification of the mobile travel platform model under the scenario thinking was carried out by means of questionnaire survey.This topic applies scenario thinking to mobile travel platform,and conclude that the mobile travel platform model under scenario thinking can not only meet the travel needs of users under multiple scenarios,but also which is of certain design reference value to the innovation of mobile travel platform.
