With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,innovation has gradually become the main trend of social development.Increasing competition for intellectual property is an important manifestation of market competition.In order to enhance market competitiveness,enterprises are increasingly demanding innovative products.However,to improve innovation,enterprises need to break through the patent barriers set by competitors.Patent circumvention design can help enterprises quickly find technical opportunities and improve research and development efficiency at the beginning of research and development.It can use corresponding TRIZ problem-solving tools to enhance research and development capabilities during research and development.It also can apply for patents to ensure the effective protection and application of research and development achievements after research and development.The existing patent circumvention design is mainly for a single patent.Although it is possible to obtain the expected solution of the design requirements,when a single patent is circumvented,it is likely to infringe other similar patents in the patent group.Moreover,the current patent circumvention design does not have a corresponding system to assist,resulting in a long cycle of patent circumvention design and low efficiency.In view of the disadvantages of current circumvention design methods,this paper proposes a patent group circumvention method based on TRIZ.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Summarize the current patent search methods used in patent query,put forward the view of combination of keywords and IPC based on the shortcomings of these methods,and carry out Boolean logic combination search between keywords and IPC to get the target patent group.2.Firstly,by reading the patent carefully,build the information summary table of each patent,then build the component tree and function tree of each patent and build the component function table to determine the scope of circumvention,and use the library component to link each patent to build the total function model diagram.Secondly,integrate function avoidance and component avoidance,and combine TRIZ problem-solving tools to redesign insufficient functions,excessive functions,and harmful functions in the overall function model diagram,and get a preliminary solution.Finally,through the judgment of infringement,the final solution is obtained,and the patent group circumvention method based on TRIZ is obtained.3.Applying the above-mentioned method of the patent group circumvention,the circumvention range of the corn thresher patent group is determined,and the circumvention design of the range is made to obtain the final solution,which verifies the feasibility of the method.4.A patent group circumvention assistance system integrating modules for determining objects,defining problems,solving problems,and determining infringement was developed using HTML5 related technologies to guide engineers to design patent group circumvention. |
