Since the introduction of the "Internet+" strategy in 2015,various provinces and cities in my country have actively promoted the accelerated development of e-commerce,and e-commerce has quickly become a boom in economic development.Agricultural product e-commerce has gradually become a powerful driving force for regional agricultural economic efficiency increase,and has potentially driven the value of agricultural product e-commerce related industries.The construction of Xinjiang specialty agricultural products e-commerce park has also formed a certain scale.How to further improve the development level of e-commerce of agricultural products in southern Xinjiang and gradually solve the constraints of its development has become an important focus of the development of e-commerce in agricultural products of southern Xinjiang.In the context of the "Internet+" strategy,this thesis explores the characteristics of agricultural products in southern Xinjiang at the current stage through the literature analysis method,centralized opinion method,statistical survey method and factor analysis method based on the agricultural product e-commerce related theories.Restrictions on the development of e-commerce.Empirical analysis of 18 key restrictive factors in 7aspects selected by factor analysis model.In the research practice,a total of 153 questionnaires on the experimental scale were collected,and SPSS22.0 software was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and factor analysis on the research data.In the research analysis,through exploratory factor analysis to reduce dimensionality,after removing one factor that does not meet the correlation test,after factor analysis of its 17 constraints,the e-commerce operating factor,agricultural product factor,agricultural product e-commerce benefit factor were extracted,E-commerce main factor,e-commerce resource support factor,e-commerce supply chain factor 6 public factors.The analysis results show that the significant constraint factors with cumulative contribution rate greaterthan 10% are manifested in three aspects: e-commerce operation factor,agricultural product factor,and agricultural product e-commerce benefit factor.Combining empirical analysis conclusions,in order to improve the development level of e-commerce of special agricultural products in Aksu region,this paper proposes to strengthen the precision marketing of special agricultural products and the traceability of online marketing quality and safety,the diversified e-commerce operation models of special agricultural products,and the county e-commerce service providers implement regional Grid management,enhance consumer satisfaction,enhance the brand value of special agricultural products,optimize the standardization system of special agricultural products e-commerce,pay attention to the quality development of special agricultural products,increase the subsidies for special agricultural products e-commerce and support e-commerce financial credit,reduce logistics and operating costs To promote the decision-making recommendations of the seven aspects of the information level of agricultural e-commerce organizations and associations,and play a coordinated development role.
