| On the macro level,innovation is the core factor that determines a country's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.At the micro level,innovation is a choice and a decision of an enterprise.It is also an important driving force for an enterprise to maintain profit growth and long-term survival,and a core condition for maintaining long-term competitiveness.In the context of the new era of economic development,the supply-side structural reform and the transformation of new and old drivers of growth,the enhancement of innovation capacity can promote the transformation of China's economic structure and the enhancement of international competitive advantage.The report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modernized economy.The nationwide trend of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has effectively stimulated the innovation and creativity of the whole society.The establishment of the board of science and technology innovation,and a clear statement of priority to support "in line with the national strategy,breakthrough key core technology,high market recognition of science and technology innovation enterprises",is also enough to see the importance of innovation.With the attention paid to the poverty problem over the years and the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,more and more people are getting out of poverty.2020 a year is a national poverty,material poverty is the lowest level of the ways to solve the problem of poverty,poverty and experience is a special difficulties experienced by the individual life,give a larger memory impact individuals,which influence the formation of individual psychology and values of the early,even if the poor out of poverty,poor experience could lead to continuing trauma,psychological character of adulthood,lifestyle and the subtle influence of style are produced.Therefore,the subsequent spiritual and psychological poverty alleviation is the top priority of poverty alleviation work.Based on the data of the patent application of listed companies from 2003 to 2017,this paper studies the influence of the poor origin of the CEO on enterprise innovation,and explores the moderating effect of acquired factors on the poor origin of the CEO from the perspective of external environment and own efforts.The findings are as follows:(1)if the CEO comes from a poor background,his/her innovation ability and quality decline,indicating that the CEO from a poor background is more conservative and cautious,and dislikes activities with long cycles and great risks.(2)under different property rights of enterprise performance is different,the CEO of state-owned enterprises for the purpose of political promotion,so CEO poverty born more significantly inhibited the enterprise innovation ability and quality,and non-state-owned enterprises poverty the CEO in order to retain the existing wealth have to more efforts to promote the long-term development of the enterprise,therefore make poor background and the enterprise innovation ability and the quality of the relationship between the reverse.(3)if the CEO can improve his/her education level through his/her own efforts and improve his/her awareness of innovation,the inhibiting effect of the poor background of the CEO on the improvement of the enterprise's innovation ability and quality will be significantly weakened.These results held after the relevant robustness tests.Further study found that the enterprise income tax of the CEO can effectively improve poor leading enterprise's innovation consciousness,a well-off,the CEO of no significant amount of promoting enterprise's innovation ability and the innovation quality,low innovation enterprises are more likely to receive the influence of the CEO from poverty,while the short-term investment enterprises contributed to the CEO poverty was born to the enterprise innovation ability and the quality of the inhibition,CEO of their own power to improve will weaken the poverty of conservative effect.After the related robustness and endogenous tests,the conclusion is still valid.This paper,from the perspective of the poor background of ceos,promotes the research on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation,which is of practical significance to how enterprises can better promote innovation and how the country can better target poverty alleviation. |
