With the development of Internet economy,the scale of B2 C e-commerce market in China also grows rapidly,and the development momentum is strong,B2 C e-commerce enterprises are facing the increasing fierce competition environment in the industry.During the fierce market competition,B2 C e-commerce enterprises need to set up correct management concept and improve their management ability to achieve sustainable development.As an important part of enterprise management,the improvement of cost management ability is very important for the development of B2 C e-commerce enterprises,but the traditional cost management mode can not meet the requirements of emerging Internet enterprises.As a result,value chain thought is introduced B2 C the cost management of e-commerce enterprises.Value chain cost management belongs to a new management idea,which not only covers the cost of daily operation and use of assets,but also includes the cost of relationship management between value chain companies,which can truly present the actual cost generated by the company in the running link,assist enterprises to optimize cost management and shape cost competitive advantage.S e-commerce company is selected as the research object to explore its cost management from the perspective of value chain and combined with the development trend and competitive environment of e-commerce industry.First of all,by analyzing the current cost management status of S e-commerce companies,it reveals and summarizes the main problems in cost management,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of applying value chain cost control to S e-commerce companies;Secondly,from the external value chain,internal value chain two dimensions to explore S e-commerce companies specific cost drivers;Finally,from the external value chain: the upstream supplier level,the downstream customer level,the competitor level and the enterprise internal subdivision operation value chain,carries on the optimization design to its application value chain cost management pattern.Hope to innovate and develop the traditional cost management mode,seek to S the fundamental cost reduction of e-commerce companies,help S e-commerce companies to form a value chain guarantee mechanism,and steadily enhance the comprehensive strength.
