A Study On Practice Risk Evaluation Of T Evaluation Firms

Asset appraisal industry emerged in the late 1980 s in China,mainly to prevent the loss of state-owned assets.Developing decades,asset appraisal is still in the initial stage,and the competition among asset appraisal institutions is fierce.As to improve the business volume,appraisal agencies ignoring the risk of asset appraisal and blindly accept projects,which brings certain risks to the survival of appraisal agencies.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of practice and reduce the risk of asset appraisal,the appraisal institution should carry out accurate risk appraisal of the project when undertaking the project,put forward reasonable management measures according to the evaluation results,and control the appraisal risk within the acceptable range of the appraisal institution.This paper,based on project practice experience and enterprise risk management theory,combined with the existing asset appraisal theory,asset appraisal risk theory,first of all,researched T appraisal firm asset appraisal risk status,found existing problems;Combined with the field interview and practice process,analyzed the risk composition and causes of T appraisal firm.According to the risk factors,indicators were selected to construct the risk appraisal index system of T appraisal firm.AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the risk of project assets evaluation.Finally,the risk assessment system constructed was used to comprehensively evaluate the risk assessment of project G.According to the risk assessment results,proposed risk management measures of T assessment firm in the process of business undertaking.In this paper,enterprise risk management theory is applied to practical operation,and risk management methods are adopted to reduce the risk of asset appraisal,so as to strengthen the practice quality of T appraisal firm.Scientifically and reasonably determine the evaluation index and risk evaluation method,construct the risk evaluation system of asset evaluation,and combine with the actual project case forevaluation,put forward the corresponding risk management measures,and strengthen T appraisal firm's prevention and control of the risk of project asset evaluation.
