With sustained and rapid growth,the Chinese economy has entered the new normal of economic development.At present,the development of China's finance and the real economy is unbalanced,capital investment growth has slowed down,small and medium-sized enterprises have difficulty in financing,enterprise development has encountered obstacles,and technological innovation capabilities are facing challenges leading to a slow industrial structure transformation.The problem not only reflected in the uneven development of time,but also the uneven and uncoordinated development of space.The internal capital investment in the region cannot meet the financing needs of enterprises.As this result,the insufficient funds have hindered the improvement of the level of technological innovation,further slowing down the optimization and transformation of the industrial structure.In addition,there appeared significant differences between the amount of capital investment,uneven development of regional innovation capabilities,and unbalanced industrial structure among regions.This study mainly judges the heterogeneity of regional development by analyzing the spatial coupling and spatial convergence of capital investment,technological innovation and industrial structure,and discusses the impact of the spatial distribution of capital investment and technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure based on the spatial Durbin model.Firstly,this dissertation constructs an index system of capital investment,technological innovation and industrial structure.Capital investment is specifically studied from two investment methods:equity investment and debt investment;Analyzes the regional technological innovation capabilities based on technology input,output and diffusion levels;Analyze the upgrading of the industrial structure through the rationalization,heightening,and efficiency of the industry.At the same time,we use the entropy weight method to reduce the dimensionality of the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2017,obtained a comprehensive score of capital investment,technological innovation and industrial structure of each province and city.Secondly,this dissertation studies the heterogeneity and synergy of capital investment,technological innovation,and industrial structure levels within and between regions by constructing a coupling coordination model.The heterogeneity and synergy of the level of capital investment,technological innovation and industrial structure within and between regions are studied.The results show that,in terms of spatial distribution,the degree of coordination of the two couplings in the eastern region is better than that in the central and western regions.In terms of time trend,the coupling coordination degree of each region improves year by year.Finally,we use Moran's I to analyze the spatial correlation between regional capital investment,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrade.This dissertation analyzes the spatial effect of capital investment and technological innovation on industrial structure optimization by establishing a spatial panel model.In addition,use the spatial convergence model to analyze the changes in the industrial structure gap between regions.The results show that capital investment and technological innovation can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.Coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial structure is the most effective way to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.The spatial lag factors of technological innovation,capital investment and industrial structure have a significant role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,and the spillover effect of technological innovation on the optimization of industrial structure is more significant.There exists a conditional ? convergence of the industrial structure in space.
