In recent years,the development of e-commerce is in the ascendant.While activating the consumption capacity of the whole region,it has gradually become an important starting point for economic transformation and upgrading.With the rapid development of e-commerce,it is urgent to strengthen supervision.County economy is the cornerstone of national economy,and county regulation is the main battlefield of e-commerce regulation.E-commerce regulation based on N county as the research object,combined closely with the national institutional reform and the e-commerce law this background,based on the perspective of holistic governance theory,using methods such as literature research,case analysis method,interview method,detailed carding N county in recent years the development of e-commerce,e-commerce regulatory status quo,in-depth study of N county e-commerce regulatory system summary N county's achievements and shortcomings,deeply analyze the regulation problems exposed in the causes,and based on this,advances a targeted improvement countermeasure,expect these measures help to solve the related problems of the current county regulation.Combined with the supervision practice,the research found that in N county,e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years.In terms of working methods,online supervision and offline supervision are coordinated,as well as daily inspection and special rectification.In terms of working mechanism,a multi-department linkage mechanism has been established,and the supervision work has been standardized year by year.However,it also exposed a series of problems,such as inconsistent law enforcement standards,difficulties in network law enforcement,limited role of credit supervision,weak law enforcement force and unsatisfactory effect of multi-department interaction.The main reasons are that the supporting mechanism of e-commerce law is not perfect,the means of supervision is relatively lagging behind,the credit supervision system is still not perfect,the construction of supervision team is lagging behind,and there is no promotion mechanism for multi-department interaction.In this regard,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement measures,such as introducing and improving the supporting measures of the e-commerce law as soon as possible,coordinating the online and offline supervision,improving the credit supervision system,focusing on building a professional law enforcement team,and optimizing the linkage mechanism of departments.In this way,we can construct an electronic commerce supervision system to adapt to the new situation,provide reference and reference for the development of electronic commerce supervision at the county level,and escort the high-quality development of the county economy.
