Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Xinjiang Private Enterprise Cluster Under The Background Of One Belt And One Road

The proposal and implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has brought great opportunities and challenges to the development of private enterprises in Xinjiang.Private enterprises in xinjiang started late with slow development,small scale and low degree of marketization,leading to insufficient comprehensive competitiveness and unable to calmly and effectively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by the "One Belt And One Road" initiative.Therefore,how to effectively enhance the competitiveness of Private enterprises in Xinjiang is one of the major issues to be solved urgently by the government and enterprises.This paper summarizes the basic situation of xinjiang private enterprises through the statistical data analysis of "xinjiang statistical yearbook" and statistical bulletin,and analyzes the development and changes of xinjiang private enterprise cluster before and after the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,the problems faced by xinjiang private enterprises and the reasons by using visualization methods such as charts.The GEM model is used to construct the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of xinjiang private enterprise cluster,and the status and constraints of the competitiveness of Xinjiang private enterprise cluster are quantitatively studied.The paper makes a longitudinal study of xinjiang private enterprise cluster according to the time series,and quantitatively analyzes the competitiveness of the enterprise cluster before and after the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,as well as the main reasons and problems of the change of competitiveness.This paper analyzes the ways to improve the competitiveness of clusters,and studies the cluster mode and competitiveness improvement methods of private enterprises in Xinjiang.The study concluded that "One Belt And One Road" initiative and implementation is put forward,the private enterprises clusters obtained the rapid development of xinjiang,the acceleration of the construction of infrastructure,improve quality,enterprises in the cluster number increasing,enterprise scale,enterprise structure optimization,to further expand the local market capacity,marketfurther stimulate vitality,comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise clusters growing;Study,the Northern Slope economic zone has a relatively perfect infrastructure,relatively strong capital resources,and large and medium-sized enterprises gathered in colleges and universities,tuha basin is rich in mineral resources,cheap labor,low land costs,and in the Northern Slope economic zone is the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,so the Northern Slope economic zone is suitable for using exogenous enterprises cluster pattern;The economic zone of Yili Valley is rich in agricultural resources,the original green industrial chain is relatively complete,the enterprise cluster has begun to take shape,the degree of specialization is relatively high,can adopt the endogenous enterprise cluster model;The model of satellite enterprise cluster can be used for reference in Zhun xi economic zone,Ta dong economic Zone and Ta zhong economic zone.Ta nan economic zone and Shan kou economic Zone can learn from the symbiotic enterprise cluster model.
