| At present,China is facing a complicated economic situation.Due to the changes in the international environment,the current economy is experiencing a slowdown in growth and structural adjustment of the industry.In particular,domestic reforms are entering a critical period,and the pace of supply-side reform is steadily moving forward.At the same time,the strategy of innovation-driven development has always been an important development policy of the country.Especially in the slowdown of economic growth and the severe constraints of traditional industries,it is imperative to transform the economic development mode and realize the innovation of scientific and technological innovation and development mode.Innovation is becoming more and more important in the process of development.In addition,throughout the history of industry development,industrial agglomeration plays an important role in the development process of the industry.Industrial agglomeration promotes technological innovation,and ultimately promotes industrial structure optimization and industrial structure upgrading.For the theoretical connection between technological innovation and industrial structure optimization,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of theoretical and empirical research,which has rich research results.However,the integration of technological innovation,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization into a unified research framework is relatively rare,often only to study the relationship between the two.By incorporating technological innovation,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization into a unified research framework,this paper conducts theoretical research and empirical analysis on the three,and uses literature research methods and empirical research methods to conduct empirical research on industrial structure optimization.Firstly,through the literature review related to technological innovation,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization,and literature review,the research problems of this paper are further derived.Secondly,it expounds the mechanism of technological innovation,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization,and defines relevant concepts to form the theoretical basis of this paper.Finally,using the national panel data,the fixed-effect model and the dynamic panel model are used for empirical analysis.The stability of the main variables is tested by the data stationarity test to prevent the pseudo-regression problem.At the same time,the static panel model is used to study the effect of technological innovation and industrial agglomeration under the national panel on the optimization of industrial structure.Because of the differences in economic development level and concentration between coastal and inland regions,the group regression model is used to Subregional regression analysis with inland areas.This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces and cities(districts)from 2000 to 2016 to use the fixed effect model to empirically study the relationship between the three.The empirical results show that from the perspective of national regression,technological innovation and industrial agglomeration can promote the transformation of the secondary industry to the tertiary industry and optimize the industrial structure;technological innovation promotes the transition of the industry from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry,and industrial agglomeration for the second The role of industry is better than that of the tertiary industry;the optimization of industrial structure in coastal areas is higher than that in inland areas. |
