Research On The Financial Risk Prevention Of The Acquisition Of Liduoduo By Southern Black Sesame Company

Since the reform and opening up,people's lives have been greatly improved.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the market size of the food industry has maintained a steady growth of over 7%for many years.With the improvement of people's living standards,China's food industry has also followed the development of The Times and entered a golden period of development.In terms of the number of enterprises,by the end of 2016,there were 8,844 food manufacturing enterprises above designated size in China.With the development of the food industry,most food manufacturers choose to expand their scale through mergers and acquisitions to cope with future challenges.It is of great significance to study how to prevent the financial risks in mergers and acquisitions to improve the success rate of mergers and acquisitions.This paper takes li duo duo,a black sesame merger,as an example to analyze the financial risks and preventive measures faced by black sesame in this merger and acquisition,and draw lessons and shortcomings for other enterprises.First of all,this paper defines the relevant concepts and summarizes and introduces the domestic and foreign literature.On this basis,it analyzes the case of black sesame's merger with liduo.Firstly,the background of merger and acquisition is briefly introduced,then the motivation of merger and acquisition is analyzed in detail and the process of merger and acquisition is briefly introduced.Then,this paper analyzes the black sesame appeared in the process of mergers and acquisitions ceremony,many payment risk valuation risk,financing risk,financial integration of the status quo,then the black sesame on the several kinds of financial risk prevention measures and draw experience and deficiencies are analyzed,in the future for our country enterprise to provide advice on mergers and acquisitions to prevent financial risks.
