Research On Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation In Baoding District Of Hebei Province

Precise poverty alleviation is the guiding ideology of China's poverty alleviation work in recent years.As the core of modern economic operation,the implementation of financial precise poverty alleviation is naturally closely linked with the overall strategy of poverty alleviation.With the in-depth cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the poverty belt around Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become a key area for policy convergence and urgent need to solve poverty problems.Compared with Beijing and Tianjin,Hebei Province is lagging behind in all aspects,which has become a short board restricting the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The economic level of Hebei Province urgently needs further development,leaving room for regional takeoff.Finance,as an important tool and effective means of poverty alleviation,is bound to make outstanding contributions in helping poverty alleviation work to proceed smoothly and preventing the occurrence of poverty return.We should pay more attention to the role of resource allocation and link the advantages of resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei with blood transfusion in poor areas.At the same time,it is urgent to study the reasons for the lag of financial development in the region and play a leading role in financial poverty alleviation and hematopoiesis.Financial precise poverty alleviation not only conforms to the national policy,but also is the only way for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Therefore,it is very important to study how to effectively promote regional financial precise poverty alleviation.Firstly,this paper systematically combs and analyses the national background,significance and domestic and foreign literatures of financial precise poverty alleviation,and finds theoretical support for financial assistance precise poverty alleviation.Secondly,it combs the current situation of poverty-stricken counties in Baoding area,summarizes the implementation of the financial precise poverty alleviation policy in Baoding area and defines the main mode of financial precise poverty alleviation in Baoding area.Thirdly,it makes a detailed analysis of the suppliers and demanders of financial precise poverty alleviation in Baoding.Secondly,drawing on the previous theoretical results,this paper further explores the successful cases of foreign CRA Act and the typical cases of precise poverty alleviation in domestic provinces and municipalities,and gets the inspiration of financial precise poverty alleviation in Baoding area.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in the suppliers and the deficiencies existing in the demanders of financial precise poverty alleviation in Baoding area.
