At present,Chinese enterprises are facing more turbulent and complex competitive environment. The only sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is to learn faster than their competitors. Therefore,it is necessary to study how enterprises can gain competitive advantage through organizational learning. At the same time, intellectual capital has increasingly become a research hotspot. In the new century, intellectual capital has replaced land, physical labor force and financial capital as the mostimportant source of social and economic value. However, the current research on the relationship between group learning, intellectual capital and organizational performance is rare. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among organizational learning, intellectual capital and organizational performance of e-commerce enterprises, and on this basis,to conduct in-depth research on the impact mechanism of various factors,in order to provide some practical guidance for the practice of knowledge-based enterprise management in China. This research is carried out in two stages. The first stage is the theoretical research stage, which aims at qualitative understanding and analysis of organizational learning and intellectual capital of commercial enterprises, and lays the foundation for the next quantitative analysis. The second stage is the questionnaire research stage. On the basis of an effective questionnaire,we conducted factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and obtained the following main conclusions:(1)Knowledge-based enterprise organizational learning is divided into two dimensions:exploratory learning and exploratory learning,in which exploratory learning includes three groups:experiment, information collection and analysis.Weaving learning elements, and using learning includes two elements of organizational learning, namely, educational training and information transfer.(2)Verify the four-dimensional structure model of intellectual capital, which includes human capital, structural capital, innovative capital and relational capital.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the fitting degree of the four-dimensional model is significantly higher than that of the previous three dimensional conceptual model.(3)Exploratory learning and exploitative learning play a significant role in intellectual capital,in which exploitative learning plays a more significant role in human capital and structural capital, while exploratory learning and exploitative learning play a significant role in innovative capital and relational capital.(4)Exploratory learning and exploitative learning have direct and significant positive effects on organizational performance, and indirectly affect organizational performance through some dimensions of intellectual capital.Among them, human capital plays an intermediary role in exploitative learning and organizational performance.Structural capital does not play an intermediary role in organizational learning and organizational performance.Innovative capital and relational capital play an intermediary role in exploratory learning, utilizing learning and organizational performance. Finally,we discuss the theoretical progress, practical significance of this study and its implications for business management, and point out the shortcomings of this study and the direction of future research. |
